羟基磷灰石基生物活性梯度涂层的残余应力

【摘要】 采用等离子喷涂工艺在Ti6A14V合金基体上制备出含有羟基磷灰石、氧化锆、生物活性玻璃等成分的生物活性梯度涂层,并对涂层的残余应力、结合强度进行测试;采用XRD分析梯度涂层热处理前后结晶度和相组成的变化.结果表明:梯度涂层和热处理方法是改善等离子喷涂涂层性能的有效途径,梯度涂层的残余应力为62.1MPa,涂层与基体的结合强度可达到45MPa.
【Abstract】 Materials of plasma-sprayed gradient coating on Ti6Al4V alloys were prepared by incorporating bioglassand zirconia particles into hydroxyapatite (HA) powders. In this paper residual stress and bonding strength of thecoatings were studied. Phase changes and crystalline were identified by X-ray. The results show: intermediate layerdesigned between surfasial coating and substrate or heat treatment is a viable way to improve the properties ofbiomaterials. The residual stress was only 62. 1MPa, decreased greatly The bonding strength was 45MPa.
