聚氨酯共混物及表面改性基团对抗凝血性影响的研究

【摘要】 聚氨酯在生物材料上得到日益广泛的应用,对于它的抗凝血性的研究具有重要意义,本文通过化学共混后,再经二氧化硫等离子体改性的方法,在材料表面接枝不同的活性基因,同肝素相比较,研究不同基因对不同凝血酶的作用.研究表明多种基因,特别是磺酸基团对凝血酶有良好的抑制作用,凝血酶原可能受甲氧基和磺酸基的协同影响。而对于部分凝血活酶的抗凝作用可能来自羧基。
【Abstract】 Polyurethanes have been used in many blood-contacting devices, and the research of their bloodcompatibility was very important. In this paper, polyurethanes blended with ethylene glycol monomethyl ether andethyleneglycol to introduce hydroxyl and methoxyl groups. Sulfonic acid groups were grafted by SO2 plasma process.The effect of these groups on blood compatibility was studied. It indicates that sulfonic acid group can significantlyinhibit the activity of thrombin. Prothrombin may bc inhibited by methoxyl and sulfonic acid groups. And the activityof activated partial thromboplasma possibly inhibited by carboxylic acid groups and co-action of hydroxyl withsulfonic acid groups.
