不同促进剂体系对医用天然胶乳制品热降解的影响

【摘要】 用TG和DTG研究了不同促进剂体系对医用天然胶乳制品硫化胶膜的热氧降解。研究结果表明,样品在实验条件下主要分二步降解.第一步为主要降解,约在370℃附近。第二步降解温度为450-540℃.胶膜热氧降解过程有3个放热过程:第1个放热过程为170~300℃,第2个放热过程为300~560℃.各配方胶膜的放热过程大致相同,医用天然胶乳制品使用低硫低促有较好的抗热氧作用;防老剂264与MB并用对医用天然胶乳制品有较好的防热氧老化作用。
【Abstract】 The effects on thermal oxidegradation of vulcanized film of medical latex product in different accelerantsystem were studied by TG and DTG methods. It was found that the degradation of the samples were two-stepsdegradation in given experimental conditions, Of which the initial step was main degradation occurred at around 370℃and the second one in 450-540℃. There were three exothermal process altogether, the first exothermal processoccurred within 170-300℃, and the second within 300-560℃. The exothermal process of latex film of different recipesis similar The thermal-oxidation-resistant of medical natural latex products were improved by the use of lower sulfurand lower accelerant. The better thermal- oxidation-aging resistant was achieved by using antioxidant 264 compoundedwith MB.
