形状记忆合金在螺纹联接防松防断均载调节中的研究

【摘要】 本文分析了螺纹联接松动、断裂、载荷不均的原因,并提出防松、防断、均裁措施,即可采用NiTi形状记忆合金智能垫圈达到防松、防断、均载目的,还可采用FeMnSi形状记忆合金螺母达到防松、防断目的。通过实验与计算分析,利用其效果是显著的。
【Abstract】 The causes of threaded connection’s loosenes, breaking and uneven-load are analysed, Then the measuresare put forward. The NiTi SMA intelligent washer and the Fe-based SMA nut can gain the functions of looseness-proof,anti-broken and even-load. By experiments and analysis, the effects of looseness-proof, ani-broken and even-load areprominent.
