用于苯部分加氢的Ru/C催化剂的研制

【摘要】 长期以来,通过使用Ru催化剂对苯或甲苯进行选择性部分加氢制备环己烯,在精细化工领域一直受到广泛的关注。目前环己烯的制备,其催化剂无一例外地应用了金属Ru。对于这种催化剂来说,分散剂(Zr、Hf等的氧化物)、助催化剂(Zn的强酸盐等)和水相的讨论最为普遍。本文通过对一种新型Ru/C催化剂研制工艺的探索和研究,提出了一种完全不同于传统催化剂的新催化剂(环己烯制备专用)设计思路,并在实验室的试验中达到较好的效果。文章提出只有通过对载体及相应的活性组分前驱物进行一定的预处理,才能有效地增加催化剂对环己烯的选择性。
【Abstract】 For a long time, ruthenium based catalysts used in partial hydrogenation of benzene or toluene tocyclohexene have attracted much attention in the polyamide industry. As an important chemical raw material andintermediate, cyclohexene is widely used in the chemical production, especially in the process of manufacture ofcyclohexanone from cyclohexene. Through the detailed review of industry patents and the related literature, up to nowall the catalysts used in these process are made up of ruthenium. With regard to the catalyst, the dispersant (oxides ofZr and Hf, etc.), the co-catalyst (zinc salt of strong acid, etc.) and the aqueous phase have been discussed far and wide.A preparation process of a new type of supported Ru/C catalyst is probed in this thesis. For the sake of increasing theselectivity of cyclohexene, we suggest that the support and the related precusor of the active component will bedisposed in a certain way.
