V5+掺杂纳米TiO2基氧气传感器的研制

【摘要】 低工作温度、高灵敏、稳定、低成本的氧敏传感器是此类传感器普遍追求的目标,其应用领域十分广泛,迄今还没有商用氧敏传感器面市。本文利用Ti3+盐溶液为钛源,氧化法制备纳米粉体,制成厚膜型氧敏元件,经400℃,1h烧结后对纳米粉体进行TG-DTA、XRD、粒度分布、比表面等表征,对所制作的厚膜型元件进行气敏特性测量。获得了低温氧敏传感器,并就其低温氧敏机理进行了深入地探讨。
【Abstract】 Nanoscale TiO2 powders doping with vanadium by oxidizing sol-gel process were prepared using TiCl3 as asource matter. The influence of vanadium on the phase transition was studied. The changes in the crystal size, particlesize and specific surface area obtained at 400℃ were analyzed. The oxygen gas sensitivity in V5+ doped thick-filmssensor were carried out at 100 ppm. The results show that V5- (18mol%) doped TiO2 nanoscale powders was pure rutilephase and the sensor exhibits higher sensitivity (S=R3 / R0≥17.0) at lower work temperature 77℃. A new model forsensitivity in V5+ doped TiO2 based gas sensor has been proposed.
