(CeO2)0.8(SmO1.5)0.2的制备及其性能

【摘要】 分别采用固相烧结法和溶胶凝胶法制备了中温固体燃料电池电解质Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9,对比其结构和性能,结果表明,凝胶法制备的样品烧结成相温度比固相法低约200℃,而且阻抗谱和电池测试结果表明它具有很高的导电率,850℃时电阻仅为4.2Ω,是比较好的一种中温电解质。
【Abstract】 The structural and electrical properties of (CeO2)0.8(SmO1.5)0.2 solid solutions synthesized by twoconventional method (sol-gel and solid-state reactivity) has been investigated. Powders were synthesised via the solidstate route showed very inferior results, the sintering temperature is higher about 200℃, the conductivity is also muchlower. The sol-gel synthesised powder’s resistance is about 4.2 at 850℃. It is a good solid electrolyte of middle-temperature solid state full cell.
