锂离子二次电池正极材料LiM(M=Ni,Tl)0.05Mn1.95O4F0.05高温性能的研究

【摘要】 以电解MnO2,LiOH·H2O,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,CH3COOTl和LiF为原料,采用固相反应制备了尖晶石结构的LiM(M=Ni,Tl)0.05Mn1.95O4F0.05化合物。以所得的材料为正极材料,组装成扣式电池在55℃进行充放电测试,结果表明,添加一定的镍离子尖晶石结构的LiNi0.05Mn1.95O4F0.05在高温下有较好的充放电稳定性。
【Abstract】 Spinel LiM(M=Ni, Tl)0.05Mn1.95O4F0.05 compounds were synthesized by solid-state reaction with calculatedelectrolytic manganese dioxide, LiOH·H2O, Ni(NO3)2·6H2O, CH3COOTl and LiF. The charge-dischargeelectrochemical tests were carried out using these compounds as cathode materials in 55℃. It was demonstrated thatLiNi0.05Mn1.95O4F0.05 had good charge-discharge stability.
