再铸Nafion膜的制备与电池性能评价
Preparation and Cell Performance Evaluation for Recast Nafion Membranes

【摘要】 溶液-浇铸法对商业化Nafion膜的溶解液制备再铸Nafion膜,采用再铸Nafion膜组装PEMFC进行了电池性能评价,与厚度相近的商业化Nafion膜进行了比较,同时对再铸Nafion膜组装的PEMFC进行了短期稳定性考查。实验结果表明:通过溶液-浇铸法制备的再铸Nafion膜可以应用于质子交换膜燃料电池,再铸Nafion膜的电池性能与商业化Nafion膜相近,再铸Nafion膜组装PEMFC在150h之内未见电池性能下降。
【Abstract】 Recast Nafion membranes are prepared by the method of solution-cast, i.e. casting the solution fromcommercial Nafion membrane, which is dissolved by mixing with organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, and iso-propanol at elevated temperatures. The cell performances of the recast Nafion membranes are evaluated in order tocompare with those of the commercial Nafion membranes. Meanwhile, the stability of the PEMFC with the recastNafion membrane of 0.0060cm thickness is also investigated in the time of 150h. It has found that: the recast Nafionmembranes prepared by the method of solution-cast may be applied as electrolyte for thePEMFC; the cellperformances of the recast Nafion membranes compare favorably with those of the commercial Nafion membranes; thePEMFC with 0.0060cm recast Nafion membrane can be operated steadily for 150 hours without performance reducing.
