YSZ电解质膜管的制备及其在固体氧化物燃料电池中的应用

【摘要】 本文提供了一种低成本YSZ电解质膜管的制备方法,用真空注浆法已制备出膜厚为0.2mm、长度为240mm、相对密度已达99.4%的YSZ+4%Al2O3(质量分数)电解质膜管。确定了该电解质膜管获得最佳烧结性能的烧结温度,用排水法和交流阻抗谱分析了烧结温度对所制备电解质膜管烧结密度和氧离子电导率的影响。用1600℃烧结2h制得的电解质膜管组装成固体氧化物燃料电池,以氢为燃料,研究了膜管固体氧化物燃料电池的电学性能。研究结果表明,真空注浆法是一种低成本YSZ电解质膜管的制备方法,其烧结温度比传统注浆法的烧结温度降低了230℃。样品的烧结密度和导电性能随烧结温度升高而增大,在1600℃烧结2h,样品的烧结密度和导电性能均达到最佳值。膜管固体氧化物燃料电池单电池的最大开路电压为1.19V,850℃时最大输出功率为0.57W。
【Abstract】 Embrane tube was made by vacuum casting, which the thickness of the membrane is 0.2mm, and the lengthis 240mm as well as the relative density is 99.4%. The sintering temperature of the electrolyte membrane tube wasdetermined, which can be obtained optimum sinterability. The effect of sintering temperatures on sintered density andoxygen ion conductivity of the prepared electrolyte membrane tube was analyzed using Archimedes immersiontechnology and ac impedance spectroscopy. The electrical property of the solid oxide fuel cell was studied usinghydrogen as fuel, which was made up of the electrolyte membrane tube sintered at 1600℃ for 2h. The results showvacuum casting is a Iow cost method tbr preparing the YSZ electrolyte membrane tube. The sintering temperature is230℃ lower than that of the conventional slip casting. The sintered density and electrical conductivity of the samplesincreases with increasing of the sintering temperatures. The sinterability of the samples can be reached optimizationsintered at 1600℃ for 2h. The maximum of the open voltage for single cell is 1.19V, and the output power is 0.57W at850℃.
