高功率型Ni/MH电池用负极贮氢合金的研究

【摘要】 采用射频磁悬浮熔炼方法制备了不同Mo添加量的MmNi3.55CO0.75Mn0.4Al0.3Mox(X=0,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3)贮氢合金。电化学性能测试结果表明,添加Mo可以明显提高合金的活化性能和高倍率性能;随Mo量增大,性能改善更加明显,在x=0.2时合金高倍率性能最佳。含Mo合金高倍率性能的提高与其电化学动力学性能的改善是一致的。

【Abstract】 The MmNi3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3Mox alloys with various Mo contents of x=0,0.05,0.1, 0.2, 0.3 were preparedby a radio frequency levitation melting processing. The electrochemical test results show that the addition of Mosignificantly improves the activity and high-rate dischargeability of hydrogen storage alloy. With the increase of Mocontent, such favorable effect became more pronounced, exhibiting the best at x=0.2. The improvement of high-ratedischargeability of Mo-containing alloys was well connected with its kinetic characteristics.
