CMAS系玻璃陶瓷的高温自润滑性研究

【摘要】 研究了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃陶瓷在不同试验条件下的摩擦磨损和高温自润滑性。结果表明,在室温~800℃,该材料的摩擦系数为0.05~0.6,与接触压力和滑动速度密切相关。当接触压力为0.1MPa时,摩擦系数均小于0.1,表现出良好的高温自润滑性。该玻璃陶瓷在高温下的磨损率在10-3~10-6mm3(N.m)-1之间,同样取决于温度和接触压力。室温~500℃的磨损率随温度升高略有增加,但在500℃以后显著下降。当接触压力为0.1MPa时,在800℃的磨损率可降至10-5mm3(N.m)-1以下。高温自润滑性主要取决于材料在相应温度下的塑性变形能力以及微裂纹产生和扩展的临界屈服应力。

【Abstract】 Friction, wear and self-lubrication of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics at elevated temperatures wereinvestigated by changing the test conditions. Results show that the friction coefficient of the material is located in therange of 0.05~0.6, which is very related to the contact pressure and sliding speed. Under a contact pressure of 0.1MPa,the friction coefficient is less than 0.1,showing a good self-lubrication at elevated temperatures.The specific wear rateof the material is in a value of 10-3~10-6mm3(N.m)-1, depending on the test temperature and contact pressure.The wearrate is slowly increased from room temperature to 500℃, then obviously decreased from 500℃ to 800℃. It can reachto less than 10-5mm3(N.m)-1 at 800℃ when the contact pressure is 0.1MPa.Self lubrication of the material is mainlydepending on the ability to create plastic deformation and the critical yield stress to form microcracks.
