钛酸铋钠陶瓷的介电、压电性的研究
Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of Sodium Bismuth Titanate Ceramic

【摘要】 系统研究了(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3陶瓷的热滞现象、电滞回线和压电性能。实验结果表明,经过高压长时间极化的(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3陶瓷具有较大的机电耦合系数kt=40%、压电常数d33≥45(10-12C/N)和相对较低的谐振频率温度系数fr-TC ≤180(10-6/℃)。其中,施加高电压和延长极化时间对提高这种材料的压电常数d33十分有效。
【Abstract】 Temperature hysteresis, D-E hysteresis and piezoelectric properties ot (Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramic areinvestigaed.It is found that high poling field and long poling time are both effective to improve the piezoelectricconstant d33 of this material.Although (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 ceramic has high coercive field, it is a potential lead-freepiezoelectric material with relatively high electromechanical coupling factor kt=40% and piezoelectric constant d33≥45(10-12C/N), along with relatively low temperature coefficient of resonance frequency fr-TC≤180(10-6/℃).
