聚(2-甲氧基-5-丁氧基)对苯乙炔的制备及发光性能研究

【摘要】 以对甲氧基苯酚、溴代正丁烷、甲醛、浓盐酸等为原料,通过双醚化反应,氯甲基化反应和在强磁性条件下进行的脱氯化氢反应,制备出可溶性聚(2-甲氧基-5-丁氧基)对苯乙炔(PMOBOPV),并对反应条件进行了研究,利用IR、~1H-NMR及UV-Vis光谱对聚合物及其中间产物的结构进行了表征。采用旋涂法制作出ITO/PMOBOPV/Al单层发光器件,对其光致、电致发光性能进行了研究,结果表明,该发光器件具有良好的稳定性,其电致发光开启电压约为5V。
【Abstract】 A soluble poly (2-methoxy-5-butoxy)-p-phenylene vinylene(PMOBOPV) was synthesized with p-methoxylphenol,CH3(CH2)3Br, and hydrochloric acid as raw materials through etherification, bischloromethylationand dehydrochlorination. The structure of the PMOBOPV and its intermediale was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR andUV-Vis spectroscopy.The synthesis conditions are investigated. A single-layer polymer luminescent device wasfabricated by ITO/PMOBOPV/Al. The photoluminescence and electroluminesceuce properties of the device wereresearched.The experimental result showed that the luminescent device hade a good stable and the lightemittingvoltage is 5v.
