Ba6-3xPr8+2xTi18O54系微波陶瓷组成改性的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了钨青铜结构的Ba6-3rPr8+2xTi18O54系高介微波陶瓷材料,BaO:Pr2O3:TiO2摩尔比为1:1:4。通过引入Bi2O3、Nb2O5、ZnO等添加改性,考查了其对Ba6-3xPr8+2xTi18O54基陶瓷微波性能的影响,实验结果表明:在1KHz、10KHz、1MHz、20MHz的不同频率下,在Bi含量达到24mol%时,相对介电常数εr达到最大值。用5.6mol%Nb2O5、11.8mol%Bi2O3+8.3mol%Nb2O5、27.2mol%ZnO+5.6mol%Nb2O5分别进行改性后,Nb能在一定程度上提高介电常数,而损耗略大;Bi、Nb同时掺杂能大幅度提高介电常数,但明显增大损耗与温度系数;Zn、Nb改性后,材料的介电常数和谐振品质因数值均较小。该系统具有随频率增加而下降的介电常数频率特性。
【Abstract】 Dielectric Properties of tungsten-bronze type BaPr2Tu4O12 microwave ceramics were investigated by addingBi2O3, Nb2O5 and Zno as additives. The optimum properties were obtained with the content of Bi3+ up to 20mol% at1KHz,10KHz, 1MHz,20MHz. Nb2O5 addition increased permittivity and decreased Q-value. The dielectric propertiesof the samples with Bi2O3 and Nb2O5 adding were similar to that of Nb2O5,but permittivity and Q-values decreased bycomplex additive with ZnO and Nb2O5.
