【摘要】 通过控制反应温度、保温时间、矿化剂和原材料种类,可获得分散性好、无团聚、长度6~70μm和长径比5~16的Bi2O3晶须;以氢氧化铋为原材料和以碱为矿化剂,在反应温度为120℃和保温时间为0.5h的水热条件下,可合成单斜结构的Bi2O3晶须;晶须的直径随着反应温度升高和保温时间的增长而变粗,其长径比反而有所下降。

【Abstract】 Bismuth oxide (Bi2O3) whiskers were fabricated hydrothermally by altering the starting materials,mineralizers, reaction temperature and time. The non-agglomerated Bi2O3 whiskers with a monoclinic structure wereprepared using Bi(OH)3 in an alkali solution. The hydrothermal reaction took place at 120℃ in 0.5h. The length andaspect ratio (length to diameter) of the whiskers are in the ranges of 6~70μm and 5~16, respectively. With risingreaction temperature and time, the diameter of Bi2O3 whiskers increased, while the aspect ratio decreased. Theformation mechanism of Bi2O3 whiskers was discussed in the paper.
