【摘要】 本文以InCl₃·4H₂O为原料,经水解、胶溶、凝胶制备超细粉的前驱物,350℃煅烧得到In₂O₃超细粉末。利用XRD、TEM、TG-DTA等测试手段对粉末的物相、形貌进行了较详尽的研究。结果表明,加入适量形貌控制剂,可使颗粒的粒径和形貌得到很大改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using InCl₃·4H₂O as raw materials, the precursor of ultrafine In₂O₃ powder was prepared by hydrolysis,peptization and gelation of InCl₃·4H₂O. After calcination at 350℃, ultrafine In₂O₃ powder was obtained. A detailinvestigation was presented on the phase evolution and characterization of ultrafine powder by means of TG-DTA,XRD and TEM. The investigated results indicated that the addition of the so-called morphology-controlling agentgreatly influenced the morphology and size of In₂O₃ particles.更多还原
