溶胶-凝胶法制备超细In2O3粉末

【摘要】 本文以InCl3·4H2O为原料,经水解、胶溶、凝胶制备超细粉的前驱物,350℃煅烧得到In2O3超细粉末。利用XRD、TEM、TG-DTA等测试手段对粉末的物相、形貌进行了较详尽的研究。结果表明,加入适量形貌控制剂,可使颗粒的粒径和形貌得到很大改善。
【Abstract】 Using InCl3·4H2O as raw materials, the precursor of ultrafine In2O3 powder was prepared by hydrolysis,peptization and gelation of InCl3·4H2O. After calcination at 350℃, ultrafine In2O3 powder was obtained. A detailinvestigation was presented on the phase evolution and characterization of ultrafine powder by means of TG-DTA,XRD and TEM. The investigated results indicated that the addition of the so-called morphology-controlling agentgreatly influenced the morphology and size of In2O3 particles.
