Sc3+、P5+的取代对Li14Zn(GeO4)4的影响
The Effect of the Substitution of Sc3+, P5+ in Li14 Zn(GeO4)4 System

【摘要】 以Li14Zn(GeO4)4为母体,通过高温固相反应,合成了Li14-11xZn1-xSc2xGe4-4xP3xO16-4x(x=0.1~0.9)系统的锂快离子导体。X射线粉末衍射表明当x≤0.3时系统仍维持原母体的结构(正交晶系),但出现新的物相Li2GeO3;x>0.5时结构发生明显变化,系统转变成R3C。红外检测显示当x≤0.7红外谱图中出现Li2CO3吸收峰表明在室温下体系中存在Li2CO3。交流阻抗测试表明当温度大于200℃时系统有较高的电导率,最高为7.32×10-2S/cm(400℃,x=0.3);在300℃时体系有相变存在。
【Abstract】 Lithium fast conductors of Li14-11xZn1-xSc2xGe4-4xP3xO16-4x(x=0.1~0.9) system based on Li14Zn(GeO4)4 wereprepared by solid state reaction at high temperature. X-ray powder patterns showed that the system maintain the structureof orthorhombic but formed the second phase of Li2GeO3 while x≤0.3; And the structure changed obviously to R3cwhen x>0.5. IR indicated when x≤0.7 the system had the substance of Li2CO3.A.C impedance measurements indicatewhen the temperature above 200 the system have a good ionic conductivity,the best ionic conductivity is as high as 7.32×10-2S/cm (400℃, x=0.3); the system has a phase transition at 300.
