机械化学法制备的钠钨青铜NaxWO3纳米晶形貌和微结构研究

【摘要】 本文利用机械化学法合成了钠钨青铜NaxWO3纳米晶材料,利用X 射线衍射法分析经过不同球磨时间样品相成分的变化。电性质测量表明样品的电阻率随着温度降低而升高,呈绝缘体特征,这可能归结为样品中存在有许多裂隙。
【Abstract】 Sodium tungsten bronze NaxWO3 has been fabricated using chemical synthesis for the first time. The X-raydiffractions were employed to analyze the microstructures at different milling time. Electrical measurements reveal thatthe resistivity increases with the drop of temperature, resembling insular behavior, which is probably contributed to themicrocracks in the sample.
