Fe72.5Cu1Nb2V2Si13.5B9合金的磁性及结构随退火温度的变化

【摘要】 研究了Fe72.5Cu1Nb2V2Si13.5B9 合金从非晶态到纳米晶态直至完全晶化态的磁性演化过程。结果显示在550℃退火0.5h 的样品具有均匀的纳米结构和优异的软磁性能,当退火温度超过600℃后,晶粒长大超过交换长度,磁性显著恶化。
【Abstract】 The behaviour of the magnetic properties investigated from an amorphous to a nanocrystalline and completecrystalline state in Fe72.5Cu1Nb2V2Si13.5B9 Alloy states that the sample annealed at 550℃ for 0.5h shows ahomogeneous nanocrystalline structure and presents excellent soft magnetic properties, after the specimens wereannealed at above 600℃, the magnetic properties are obviously deteriorated because of the grain size growing up toexceed the exchange length.
