机械合金化多元非晶态合金形成规律探讨
The Study of Regularity of Amorphous Formation for Multicomponent Alloys by Mechanical Alloying

【摘要】 根据机械合金化引起固态反应非晶化(SSAR)机制,取等原子成分合金的形成焓△H_f和自扩散激活能差△H_s 为参数坐标建立坐标系统,研究了机械合金化多元非晶态合金的形成条件。在总结78个二元合金系统数据基础上得到:△H_f<-0.0024(△H_s)~2+0.6000(△H_s)-33.0000 是二元系中用机械合金化法获得非晶态合金的必要条件,考虑到非晶态形成因素的复杂性,以及各研究工作者所用实验条件的差别,上述分类效果(总的正确分类率约87.3%)应当算是满意的。系统扩展至加入24个三元合金系统,得到:△H_f<-0.036(△H_s)~2+0.7200(△H_s)-34.0000 为多元系中用机械合金化法获得非晶态合金的必要条件,分类的正确率仍大于83.7%。
【Abstract】 The two parameters, namely enthalpy of formation of alloy A50B50 ΔHf and the difference of self-diffusionactivation energy ΔHs of constituent of alloy, are used to study the regularity of amorphous formation for multi-component alloys, according to the SSAR mechanism of amorphization by mechanical alloying. After analyzingnumbers of experiments, a criteria of amorphization of binary alloys, ΔHf<-0.0024(ΔHs)2+0.6000(ΔHs)-33.0000was obtained and used to analyze the 78 alloy systems with available experimental results. The total degrees ofaccuracy for the amorphous alloys forming or not by mechanical alloying are 87.3%. And for binary and ternary alloys,ΔHf<-0.0036(ΔHs)2+0.7200(ΔHs)-34.0000 was obtained and used to analyze the 78 binary alloy and 24 ternary alloysystems with available experimental results. The total degrees of accuracy are 83.7%.
