针状超细BaFe11Co0.5Ti0.5O19的制备研究

【摘要】 采用α-FeOOH(平均长度为50nm,平均轴比为14)和BaCO3 及添加离子经局部规整反应制备针状钡铁氧体。利用XRD、TEM、TG-DTA 表征热处理后粒子的形态结构。结果表明原料中加入1%wt 防烧结剂,经800℃热处理2h后样品组成为单相六角晶系针状BaFe11Co0.5Ti0.5O19,平均长度为400nm,平均轴比为8 左右,该样品的矫顽力Hc=151259A/m,比饱和磁化强度σ?=55.03emu/g。
【Abstract】 Acicular barium ferrite, which was prepared by topotactic reaction between barium carbonate, aciculargoethite with the aspect ratio of 14 and the average length of 500nm and some doping ions, were characterized byXRD, TEM and TG-DTA. The results show that, by adding 1%wt of anti-sintering agent, the morphology of theproducts calcined at 800℃ for 2h is single phase hexaplanar acicular, and the composition of the samples isBaFe11Co0.5Ti0.5O19. The aspect ratio of the particles is 8 and the average length is 400nm. The magnetic properties areas follow: Hc = 151259A/m, σs = 55.03 emu/g.
