表面“花斑”的烧结铁氧体磁体的生产工艺的改进

【摘要】 有时烧结铁氧体表面会出现不同于基体颜色的一块块的斑点,常称为“花斑”。本文从二次工艺入手,针对出现“花斑”的磁体所使用的同一批预烧料,应用不同添加剂如(NH4)2SO4、H2SO4、NH4HCO3、SrSO4 等,研究对磁体表面状况及磁性能的影响;“花斑”的出现与预烧料关系很大,在二次工艺中加适量的NH4HCO3,控制浆料pH≤9 将可避免“花斑”出现。
【Abstract】 The one block behind another of spots different from base color that sometimes appear on the surface ofsintered ferrite magnets are often called‘flower spots’. Using the same batch pre-sintered materials with the just-statedand applying different additives such as (NH4)2SO4, H2SO4, NH4HCO3, SrSO4 during the second process, their effectson both appearance and magnetic properties of magnets were investigated. The pre-sintered ferrite is important to thecoming of the‘flower spots’. During the second process, addition of suitable amount of NH4HCO3 and controllingslurry PH≤9 will avoid‘flower spots’.
