溶胶-凝胶法制备α-Fe2O3纳米粉末

【摘要】 以FeCl3 为原材料利用溶胶凝胶法制备α-Fe2O3 纳米粉,应用X 射线衍射和扫描电镜研究干凝胶晶化温度对α-Fe2O3 的晶态转变以及粒子形貌和尺度的影响。实验表明,在300℃处理2h获得10~12nm均匀纳米粒子。
【Abstract】 α-Fe2O3 nanopowder was prepared by Sol-Gel method using FeCl3 as raw material. Effect of temperature oncrystal transition, morphology and size on α-Fe2O3 powder have been investigated using x-ray diffraction and scanningclectron microscopy Experimental results show that 10-12nm of α-Fe2O3 powder was abtained at temperature 300℃for two hours.
