【摘要】 研究了不同温度(370~660℃)退火后的Fe83Nb6B11合金初始磁导率μi与温度T的关系(μi~T曲线)。实验结果表明,退火温度Ta 对μi~T曲线的形状有较大的影响。根据Ta可将μi~T曲线划分为三种类型,相应的退火温度为(1)Ta=370℃;(2)Ta=420℃;(3)Ta=460~660℃。分析了这三种类型的μi~T曲线对应的合金相结构、讨论了μi随T变化的原因及双相纳米晶合金中晶体相体积百分数、剩余非晶相的磁特性及纳米晶粒间的磁耦合作用对μi~T曲线形状的影响。
【Abstract】 The correlation between initial permeability μi and temperature T (μi~T curve) for Fe83Nb6B11 alloyannealed at 370~660℃ was investigated. The results showed that the annealing temperature has obvious effect onμi~T curve. Three types of μi~T curve were observed. The corresponding annealing temperatures are (1) Ta=370℃(2) Ta= 420℃ (3) Ta=460~660℃. The phase structure of the alloy corresponding to the three types of μi~T curvewas analysed and the mechanisms for changes of μi with T as well as the influence of the volume fraction of α-Fephase, the characteristic of residual amorphous phase and the magnetic couple between α-Fe grains on μi~T curvewere also discussed.
