Fe78Si9B13非晶合金丝热处理的磁阻杭效应

【摘要】 报道了用旋转水淬法制备直径130μm±2μmFe78Si9B13冰晶合金丝,其样品DSC 测量表明,淬态样品在加热过程分别出现三个放热峰,峰温分别为788K、810K、852K。淬态样品分别经523K、573K、673K、793K,30min的热处理后,其磁阻抗值△V/V=[V(0)-V(70×103/4 πAm-1)]/V(70×103/4 πAm-1),随加热温度的升高,开始增大,当达673K时,样品△V/V达100%,随后加热温度升到793K时,△V/V值低于淬态样品。淬态样品分别通入200mA、400mA、600mA,30min 直流电加热处理后,△V/V随外加直流磁场的变化与加热炉热处理样品相似。淬态样品通入600mA×30min 电流加热处理后,△V/V高达120%。
【Abstract】 The magneto-impedance effect (MI) of the amorphous Fe78Si9B13 wires, subjected to annealing in a furnaceor the DC current through the wires thermal treatment, has been studied. The MI ratio of the experimental samples atthe driving current frequency f=1 MHz, I=9.6mA is defined as ΔV/V=[V(0)-V(70×103/4πAm-1)]/V(70×103/4πmA-1).With the increase of annealing temperature from 523K to 793K the ΔV/V value of the samples increases at first, thenreaches 100% at 673K for 30min and finally decreases, but the crystallization occurs at the same time. The DC currentannealing is carried out using the DC current through the sample wires of 200、400、600mA, respectively, for 30min.The ΔV/V value of the sample current-thermally treated at 600mA for 30min reaches 120%.
