纳米晶体二氧化钛的非水过程制备和光催化活性
Non-aqueous Process of Nano-meter Sized Titanium Dioxide and Photo-catalytic Activity

【摘要】 钛酸丁酯和乙酐在低于100℃非水状态下生成非晶钛氧聚合物,经焙烧得到纳米二氧化钛晶体。差热分析表明,空气气氛中,表面吸附物和键合有机基团在314~389℃之间发生氧化和分解而除去,389~405℃之间无定形粉体转化为锐钛矿型晶体;热重分析中,表面物理吸附物失重10.60%,键合有机基团失重46.55%。该报道制备的纳米二氧化钛为球形粒子,粒径为10~30nm,用苯胺的光催化降解评价了非水过程制备的纳米晶体二氧化钛的光催化活性。
【Abstract】 Nanometer crystalline titanium dioxide powders have been synthesized by the reaction of titaniumtetrabutoxy with acetic anhydride below 100℃. After being calcinated, the reaction products may form crystallineanatase. The curve of DTA showed that compositions were removed between 314~389℃ and the anatase formed?between 389~405℃. The curve of TGA showed that the losing rate of weight of the substance allsorbed physically was10.60% and the organic component part combined chemically was 46.55%. The nano-crystal particles of titaniumdioxide have fine sphere. The sizes of them were from 10nm to 30nm and the photo-catalytic activity was evaluatedwith the photo-catalytic degradation of aniline.
