掺稀土氟氧透明玻璃陶瓷制备及在红外激光探测中的应用

【摘要】 本文报导了氟铝硅酸盐共掺Er3+/Yb3+透明玻璃陶瓷的制备。通过与同组分的玻璃对比分析,研究了透明玻璃陶瓷光学材料的光谱特性和高的上转换发光效率。通过X 射线衍射测试所得数据与上转换发光光谱分析,讨论并给出了陶瓷中所含纳米晶体的尺寸为21.58nm,推断出纳米晶体结构模型为[(Er+Yb)+M+F](M:(Si,Al,Pb,Cd 不定)。用透明玻璃陶瓷上转换激光材料研制成红外激光探测卡,该探测卡可用于红外半导体激光器的检测和光路调试。
【Abstract】 The paper reported the preparation of a fluoroaluminosillate glass transparent ceramic co-doped with Er3+ andYb3+. The spectrum characteristics of an optical material on the transparent glass ceramic and its high up-conversionefficiency were investigated by comparison with like composition glasses. The size and model of the nano-crystallitesin the ceramic was deduced and given from a data of the x-ray diffraction and a discussion of the up-conversionluminescence spectra. They are 21.58nm and [(Er+Yb)+M+F](M: Si, Al, Pb, Cd, uncertainty), respectively. Theinfrared laser detector car was researched and fabricated using an up-conversion laser material of the glass ceramic. Itcan be used for a test of an infrared semiconductor laser and an adjustment of the light road.
