【摘要】 用提拉法生长了Er:Ca4YO(BO3)3(Er:YCOB)和Er:Yb:Ca4YO(BO3)3(Er:Yb:YCOB)晶体,测量了Er:YCOB 和Er:Yb:YCOB 晶体的吸收和荧光谱。用976 nm 的激光二极管(laser diode LD)泵浦Er:Yb:YCOB 晶体,获得了2mW、波长为1553nm的激光输出。
【Abstract】 Er:YCOB and Er:Yb:YCOB crystals were grown by the Czochralski method, the absorption andfluorescence spectra of Er:YCOB and Er:Yb:YCOB crystals were measured. 2mW laser output at 1553 nm wasobtained when Er:Yb:YCOB crystal sample was pumped by a laser diode (LD) at 976 nm.
