【Abstract】 The classifications of the functional composites are introduced and the development of piezoelectric,conductive, magnetic and nano-functional composites is also discussed in this paper. The piezo-electrical compositesare prepared by piezo-ceramics and flexible piezo-polymer with each other catenation in some type and in someproportion of weight or volume and in some space geometrical distribution. The properties of the new composite fromthe double phases can be realized on power piezoelectricity and good flexibility and a thick film of the materialsinformed with an extensive area and can be machined. Because the sound-impedance of the piezo-electrical compositesis quite near to man’s organization and water, it is usually used in sound radar and medical treatment, and it is also akind of ideal flexible material used as translator for intelligence robot. The conductive composites are based on thepolymers added a series of electrical conductors. The conductive doping has two kinds of conductive and anti-electrostatic packing. The conductive composites are major used in anti-electrostatic, conductive, heating system ofauto-control temperature, thermoelectric-conductive gel and electric-magnetic protection. The magnetic composite ismainly consisted of ferrite, metallic micro-powder, polycrystalline magnetic fiber and polymer mixed and informedcoating as radar adsorb-wave materials. This composite can largely promote to using temperature and can widenabsorb frequency band. We can prepare new non-linear optic, electric-optic and laser amplifying composite, which isused to an optic-electronic translating feature of semiconductor nano-powder.更多还原
