硬质合金刀具上沉积金刚石薄膜的研究

【摘要】 本文将硬质合金刀具表面作不同的预处理,用直流电弧等离子体喷射CVD法在其表面沉积金刚石薄膜。测试结果表明:金刚石薄膜与刀具表面有较好的结合力,为这项工作的进一步研究打下了基础。
【Abstract】 The surface of cemented carbide inserts were pretreated by different ways in this paper.Diamond films were deposited onto the cemented carbide inserts by DC arc plasma jet chemical vapor deposition. The test result indicates:There is a good adhesion strength between diamond film and a cemented carbide substrate.This work lays the foundations for further research.
