复合生物滤池净化H2S 和NH3混合恶臭气体的试验研究

【摘要】 本文采用专利技术复合生物滤池净化 H2S 和 NH3。实验表明复合生物滤池处理流量0.7~1.6 m3/h.浓度 H2S11~47 mg/m3、NH315~20 mg/m3的气体.出气 H2S 和 NH3分别达到《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)中的二级排放标准和一级排放标准.H2S 和 NH3最大容积负荷分别为353.7g/m3.d、200.3g/m3.d。在生物滴滤池和生物过滤池中微生物的生长条件差别很大.将其分开培养,可以分别净化亲水性和疏水性污染气体。
【Abstract】 In this paper,it has been reported technique to treat the odors mixed with H2S and NH3 by use of a novel combined bio-filter,witch is a patent in which biofilter is combined with a bio-trickling and a bio-filtering pond.The experimental results showed that the exhaustion of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia can reach above the primary discharge standard and the second discharge standard of the odors pullutant discharge standard in China (GB14554-93),when the flow rates were in 0.7~1.6 m3/h,the H2S and NH3 concentration were in 11~47 mg/m3and 15~20 mg/m3.And,under this conditions,the utmost volumetric Ioadings of H2S and NH3 were 353.7g/m3.d and 200.3g/m3.d respectively.It has been also clearly showed that bacteria and fungi were propagating in the two zones of the combined bio-filter.Therefore,the hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds can be efficiently removed in this combined bio-filter.
