我国会展教育的国际化与本土化创新思考

【摘要】 本文从国际化程度、教育观念、人才培养方向、教育师资以及专业理论几个方面对我国会展教育国际化与本土化发展背景进行了剖析,认为在此背景下我国会展教育应该达到国际化视野、本土化运作和多元化师资三个方面的新要求,在此基础上从创新教育理念、整合教育资源、更新教育内容、拓展教育方式以及优化教育模式几个方面提出了会展教育的创新思考,以期能够对我国会展教育者提供一定的指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzed the development background of MICE education internationalization and localization as following respects: from several respects as follows: the internationalized degree, educational conception, talents’ cultivating direction, educational teachers and professional theory in China. The author thought that under the background the MICE education’s internationalization and localization should reached three respects which was internationalized visual field, localization operation and integrated teachers, and on this basis, on the basis of which the author also study the innovation of education conception, the conformity of education resource, upgrading education content, expanding educational styles and optimizing educational pattern and expected to offer some guidance to the MICE educator in our country.更多还原
