【摘要】 研究了次氯酸钠消毒液对大肠杆菌(ATCC8739)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)和枯草黑色变种芽胞杆菌(ATCC9372)的定量杀菌效果和它对金属的腐蚀作用,并且通过现场模拟杀菌试验研究了消毒剂对加工人员和器具的杀菌效果。结果表明:含有效氯50mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液对大肠杆菌(ATCC8739)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)作用3 min有完全杀菌效果;含有效氯300 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液作用30min可将枯草黑色变种芽胞杆菌(ATCC9372)完全杀菌;含有效氯50 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液对生产人员双手的大肠杆菌(ATCC8739)能在1 min达到完全杀菌效果,含有效氯100 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液对手套、塑料筛上的大肠杆菌(ATCC8739)能在1 min达到完全杀菌效果。室温下含有效氯500 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液72h对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铝只有轻微的腐蚀,对碳钢和铜有中度腐蚀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Javel water has been used as the disinfector by many aquatic products at present.Sterilization results of javel water on coliforms,Staphylococcus aureus and the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.Application of it in aquatic product manufactory and corrosive effect of it on metals was also done.The results showed that 50 mg/L chlorine of validity concent ofjavel water could sterilized coliforms and Staphylococcus aureus in 3 minute completely,300 mg/L sterilized the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.Niger in 30 minute completely,50 mg/L sterilized coliforms on hands and 100mg/L sterilized coliforms on gloves,plastic bolt in 1 minute completely.The javel water did not corrupt stainless steel,but had mildly corrosive on aluminium,moderate corrosive on carbon steel and copper in 72h.更多还原
