海洋细菌对辣椒疫病的防治作用研究

【摘要】 用平板对峙生长法,从来自红树体内、海藻和海水的528株海洋细菌中筛选到145株细菌对辣椒疫霉(Phytophthora capsici)具有拮抗作用;其中来自红海榄叶的 RS261、桐花树叶的 AC212、木榄叶的 GB503和海藻的 SW312等4个菌株的拮抗作用较强,抑菌圈大于8.0mm,初步鉴定它们属于芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.);室内防病测定表明,RS261和 SW312对辣椒疫病的防治效果较好,处理15 天和20天的防病效果分别为88.60%、84.49%和71.80%、58.80%;处理7天对辣椒疫病的防病效果分别为45.21%和51.63%。
【Abstract】 145 of 528 marine bacteria isolates isolated from endophytes of mangroves, alga and seawater were found to be antagonistic against Phytophthora capsici.Isolate RS261, AC212, BG503 and SW312 isolated from the leaf of Rhizophora stylosa, Aegiceras corniculatum, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza and alga respectively had more than 8.0 mm of inhibition zone against the plant pathogen and were identified as Bacillus spp.. In greenhouse experiments, the 4 marine bacteria isolates were evaluated for biological control of Pepper Phytophthora blight disease caused by Phytophthora capsici. The disease was reduced 88.60%, 84.49% (15d) and 71.80%, 58.80% (20d) by RS261 and SW312 respectively, compared to the control. And in field trials, the disease was reduced 45.21% and 51.63% (7d) by RS261 and S W312 respectively.
