【Abstract】 Radopholus similis is a kind of important quarantine nematode.Because of its wide geographical distribution, great variety host and harmfulness, R. similis has been enlisted to the list of quarantine pest by China and many other counties and regions. In recent years, R. similis has inbroken to part area of China along with the international trade.
