【摘要】 目的评价广东省性病实验室检测沙眼衣原体抗原的能力。方法每年进行一次室间质量评价,2004年发放衣原体标本57份,2005年475份,2006年675份。要求各性病实验室在规定的时间内检测,并回报检测结果、所用检测方法、试剂和仪器资料。广东省皮肤性病防治中心对各实验室的结果进行统计分析,最后将结果反馈给各实验室。结果 2004年19家实验室参加质评,总符合率为75.4%:2005年71家,总符合率为93.5%;2006年135家,总符合率为91.0%。CT 检测试剂主要为进口试剂,2004年全部为进口试剂,2005年进口试剂占98.6%, 2006年占80.7%,国产试剂所占比例显著提高,但国产试剂的符合率显著低于进口试剂。酶联免疫法和免疫层析法为主要检测方法,2004—2006年所占比例分别为94.7%,98.5%,98.6%。酶联免疫吸附试验3年的总符合率为91.0%,免疫层析法的总符合率为88.7%。结论性病实验室农原体检测能力普遍较高,但个别实验室存在试剂质量、操作方法等问题,有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the performance of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) detection in sexually transmitted diseases(STD) laboratories in Guangdong Province.Methods There were 3 external quality assessments(EQA) for detection of CT from 2004 to 2006.The panel consisting of 3 samples was distributed in 2004,5 samples in 2005 and 2006 respectively. Each participants of the EQA scheme should report their results,the methodological procedure and the kits used.All data were analyzed then distributed to all laboratories in our EQA scheme.Results From 2004 to 2006,the frequency of accurate detection of CT in the panels were 75.4%,93.5%,91.0%,respectively.The laboratories using foreign kits for detection of CT were 100% in 2004,98.4% in 2005,81.7% in 2006.The foreign kits were significantly more likely to detect CT than those made in China.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunochromatography were the main methods in the panels. The percents were 94.7%,98.5%,98.6% from 2004 to 2006.The frequency of accurate detection of CT were 91.0% by ELISA and 88.7% by immunochromatography.Conclusion The STD laboratories have the high ability to detect CT in generally.However,several laboratories still need to improve in choice of qualified regents,operation procedures and so on.更多还原
