【摘要】 目的了解珠海市市售茶叶中有机氯农药残留状况。方法 2006年从珠海市茶叶销售店抽取茶叶样本,按照 GB/T 5009.19—2003食品中六六六、滴滴涕残留量的测定之第一法—气相色谱法进行检测。结果所测132份样品中,六六六检出率40.9%,检出量均未超过国家标准。滴滴涕检出率58.3%,超标率19.7%,所检5个品种茶叶中铁观音和乌龙茶均有样品超标,超标率达28.8%和21.7%。结论珠海市市售茶叶中铁观音和乌龙茶的有机氯农药残留状况较为严重,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To realize the situation of Organic Chlorinated Pesticides Residue of tea which is on sale in Zhuhai.Method In 2006,132 tea samples were randomly collected from market to analyze and find HCH and DDT by gas chromatography in national standard GB/T 5009.19-2003 "Determination of HCH and DDT residues in foods".Result The detection rate of HCH was 40.9% and concentration was fond below the standard limit with all samples.The detection rate of DDT was 58.3% and 19.7% of samples exceeded the tolerant limit.Also,some samples of Tieguanyin tea and Oolong tea exceeded the tolerant limit,with the rate at 28.8% and 21.7%. Conclusion The samples show that Tieguanyin tea and Oolong tea selling in Zhuhai seriously contaminated by Organic Chlorinated Pesticides,which should arouse people’s attention.更多还原
