【摘要】 目的了解珠海市居民伤害流行特征,为珠海市伤害干预提供决策依据。方法应用运用描述流行病学方法,对2006年珠海市居民急诊伤害监测病例进行伤害流行病学特征分析。结果 2006年珠海三所医院共监测急诊伤害病例22064例,男性占72.29%,女性占27.71%;伤害发生年龄以25-44岁年龄组人数最多,占总伤害的43.50%;伤害病例职业构成以专业技术人员所占比例最高,为16.99%;居民伤害构成及顺位如下:跌落/坠落高居伤害发生原因的首位,占所有伤害的23.80%,第二位为钝器伤占21.41%,第三位为机动车车祸占21.37%。结论珠海市居民伤害以跌落和钝器伤、机动车车祸为主,劳动力人口(其中以专业技术人员为主)和青少年是伤害威胁的重点人群。应围绕职业和交通安全两项干预重点,开展伤害预防控制工作措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand epidemic characteristics of injure in Zhuhai residents and to provide decision-making evidence for injure intervention.Methods To analyze epidemiological features of emergency injure surveillance of Zhuhai residents in 2006 by applying descriptive methods of epidemiology.Results There were 22064 cases in the emergency injure surveillance in three hospitals of Zhuhai in 2006.The ratio of male to female was 2.61:1.Most of injured cases were in group aged 25-44,accounting for 43.5%.The proportion of injured cases of professional technician was 16.99% and it was the most among various occupational groups.The top 3 cause of injure in all cases were fall off (23.80%),blunt hit by person or object (21.41%) and motor vehicle traffic accidents (21.37%).Conclusion The main causes of injures were fall off and blunt hit by person or object in Zhuhai.The key populations of injure were professional technicians and callan.The interventions of occupational and traffic safety will be emphasized in the injure prevention and control in Zhuhai city.更多还原
