工作场所空气中挥发性有机物中毒的快速检测技术研究

【摘要】 [目的]建立工作场所空气中54种挥发性有机物中毒的快速测定方法。[方法]采用活性碳管吸附车间空气中挥发性有机毒物,用二硫化碳解吸后进入气相色谱-质谱仪联用检测分析。[结果]54种挥发性有机物空气在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数 R≥0.99;最低检出限远低于职业化学中毒现场剂量水平,目标组分解吸效率在76—102%。[结论]本方法准确度高、操作简便、灵敏快速,适用于工作场所空气中挥发性有机物中毒的快速定性定量测定。
【Abstract】 [Objectives] To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrum method for rapid determination of 54 VOCs in the air in a Workplace by solvent desorption.[Methods] Fifty-four VOCs in the air was adsorpted by actived carbon tube sampling and solvent desorption using carbon disulfa,then analyzed by GC/MS.[Results] The correlation coefficient of the curve i s good and greater than 0.99 between defined concentration range.Detection limit of 54 VOCs is much more lower than poisoning dosage level in the workplace air,with the desorption efficiency of 76-102 %.[Conclusions] The method is accurate,simple,sensitive,rapid and suitable to qualify and quantify mixtures of VOCs in the air at a workplace.
