一起社区诺如病毒腹泻爆发调查分析

【摘要】 目的对东莞市某社区发生的一起腹泻爆发疫情进行调查和分析。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法了解病例发生情况及可疑传播因素;采用 ELISA、RT—PCR 等方法对人体和外环境标本进行检测。结果本次疫情从2月11日开始至18日结束,共发生腹泻病例173例,罹患率2.40%。从4 份病人粪便标本中均检测出诺如病毒核酸片段。疫情特点符合经水传播传染病特征。结论本次疫情为一起由诺如病毒引起的社区腹泻爆发,可疑传播因素为被污染的水。
【Abstract】 Objective The investigation was conducted to probe an outbreak characteristics of diarrhea occurred in a community of Dongcheng Street in Dongguan City.Methods Field epidemiology method was used to investigate the outbreak and suspected transmitted factors.Samples from cases and environment were tested by ELISA and RT-PCR.Results There were 173 cases occurred from 11st to 18th,Feb and the incidence rate was 2.40%。Norovirus nucleic acid were detected in four feces specimen from 4 cases.The characteristics of the outbreak conformed to that of water-borne infectious disease.Conclusion It was a diarrhea outbreak occurred in community caused by Norovirus and the suspected transmitted factor was contaminated water.
