内生菌拟茎点霉B3促进大田水稻增产的研究

【摘要】 将一株广谱内生菌拟茎点霉 B3菌株发酵液稀释后喷洒到水稻苗床上,移栽前考察秧苗情况表明,叶龄比对照增加0.11, 绿叶数增加0.12,单株分蘖数增加0.03,百苗鲜重增加2.6g。移栽后20天,茎蘖数比对照多0.37万/亩,40天后茎蘖数比对照多 0.28万/亩。收获期产量比对照高20Kg/亩,千粒重增加0.7g,结实率提高0.23%。拟茎点霉制成菌剂可以促进水稻壮秧并增产。
【Abstract】 The fermented liquid of host range endophytic Phomopsis sp. strain B3 was sprayed to the rice seedlings. The seedlings were detected when the transplanted time. The results showed that the leaves age was 0.11 older than that of CK. The green leaves were 0.12 more than that of CK. The average tillers of seedlings were 0.03 more than CK’s. The 100 seedlings fi’esh weight was 2.6 g more than that of CK. After it was transplanted to the field for 20 and 40 day’s, the tillers got 3700/acreage and 2800/acreage more than that of CK respectively. The yield got 20 Kg/acreage, 1000 seeds gravity got 0.7g and seed set propagation coefficient got 0.23% more than that of CK respectively. The endophytic Phomopsis sp. could be used to promote the growth of rice and get higher yield.
