利用含糖有机废水培养菌体饲料的小试研究

【摘要】 对含糖废水生产菌体饲料的资源化进行了探索性试验。用 SBR 反应器,对含糖废水培养丝状真菌进行了小试研究。实验表明,COD 容积负荷762.9-28 18.3mg/(L·d),pH 值稳定在5-6时,可收回一定的菌体饲料,菌体收量为2g/L,具有一定的经济效益;并且该技术作为前处理工艺可使废水 COD 的去除率可达40%,为后处理的达标排放提供了基础。
【Abstract】 Utilization of sacchariferous organic wastewater for producing protein of thal is explored.With small SBR experiment,sacchariferous wastewaters for producing filamentous fungi were studied simply.Research indicated that under a COD load ranging from 762.9-2818.3mg/ (L·d),pH was found to be in the stable range of 5-6,the protein of thai harvest is more than 2g/L,moreover it has certain economic benefits by recovering forage additive;And the COD can be removal 40% through adopting this technique as pretreatment of sacchariferous wastewater in simulated technology.The result arrives the experimental level on the whole and do spade work for after treatment.
