植物修复Cd、Pb、Zn污染土壤的微生物诱导调控研究

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,在印度芥菜修复 Cd、Pb、zn 污染的土壤中,研究了接种巨大芽胞杆菌和胶质芽胞杆菌的混合微生物制剂(A 处理)和黑曲霉发酵液(B 处理)的诱导效果。结果表明:A 处理有利于植物生长,比对照印度芥菜生物量提高了24.73%;土壤有效态 Cd、Pb、Zn 含量分别提高了15.02%、7.65%、2.23%;植株地上部 Cd、Pb 含量分别提高了17.93%、81.82%,Zn 含量几乎无变化;地下部 Cd、Pb、Zn 含量分别提高了34.85%、 66.23%、12.79%。B 处理比对照生物量降低了20.85%;土壤有效态 Cd、Pb 含量分别降低了10.46%、11.41%,有效态 Zn 含量提高了6.47%;植株地上部 Cd、Pb 含量分别提高了21.48%、 34.76%,Zn 含量几乎无变化;地下部 Cd、Pb、Zn 含量分别提高了42.37%、33.16%、6.31%。接种的微生物对植物吸收重金属有很好的促进作用。A 处理对 Cd、Pb、Zn 的提取率分别为对照的1.52倍、2.21倍、1.23倍,B 处理的提取率与对照相差不多,印度芥菜对 Cd 表现了很强的修复能力。通过分析 SOD、POD、CAT 活性等生理生化指标发现,A 处理对植株的伤害程度要低于 B 处理。A 处理在植物修复领域有很高的利用价值。从土壤中筛选出来的 27种产酸微生物菌株对重金属表现了不同程度的或活化或钝化的作用。菌株 c-5-5,对 Cd、 Pb、Zn 钝化率分别达37.92%、26.26%、13.04%;菌株 c-1-5,它对 Cd 钝化率为1.18%,对 Pb、Zn 的活化率为14.99%、9.73%。

【Abstract】 The simulated test of compound contamination with cadmium,zinc and lead was carried out with meadow cinnamon soil and Brassica juncea as tested soil and plant respectively. Bacillusme gaterium,Bacillus mucilaginosus (A) and Aspergillus niger (B) is to get vaccinated on plloution soil which plant Brassica juncea.The results indicated that,A is beneficial to the growing of the plant,the biomass of the Brassica juncea has improved 24.73%,the valid heavy metal Cd、Pb、Zn has improved 15.02%、7.65%、2.23%,the content of Cd and Pb in the plant with the ground part has improved 17.93%、81.82%,Zn is no difference,the content of Cd、Pb、Zn in the plant with the under ground part has improved 34.85%、66.23%、12.79% than without microbiology;B is unbeneficial to the growing of the plant,the biomass of the Brassica juncea has reduced 20.85%,the valid heavy metal Cd、Pb has reduced 10.46%、11.41%,Zn has improved 6.47%,the content of Cd and Pb in the plant with the ground part has improved 21.48%、34.76%, the content of Cd、Pb、Zn in the plant with the under ground part has improved 42.37%、33.16%、 6.31% than without microbiology.The microbiology has a very good promoting effect on absorbing heavy metal for the plant.Throughout analyze the activated of SOD、POD、CAT,A is better than B.A is high valuable in the field of phytoremediation.The 27 specials microbiology which from the soil play activation radioactivation or the passivation different degrees effect on the soil.c-5-5,the passivation effect is 37.92%、26.26%、13.04% to Cd、Pb、Zn;c-1-5,the passivation effect is 1.18% to Cd,the activation effect is 14.99%、9.73% to Pb、Zn.
