补平用水泥净浆强度对基体强度检测结果的影响

【摘要】 本文试验采用从低强C20至高强C80共7个强度等级的试件作为基体,对比了用水泥净浆补平进行抗压试验与未补平进行抗压试验两者之间的强度检测结果的差异。试验发现,当补平层水泥净浆的强度大于基体强度,或者低于基体强度在20MPa左右时,几乎不降低强度检测结果;当其强度低于基体强度在30MPa左右时,则将降低强度检测结果,其与基体强度相差越大,对检测结果影响越大。本文试图对以上现象从试件破坏机理、尺寸效应及垫层对检测结果的影响机理等方面进行探讨。
【Abstract】 This paper adopts 7 strength grades of concrete cubes which rank from C20 to C80, as the matrixes of samples, and compares the differences between compressive strength of grout-leveled samples and that of control samples. The results show that when the compressive strength of sample-leveling grout is higher than that of matrix, or lower than that of matrix but the difference does not exceed 20MPa,the compressive strength of sample decreases hardly; The compressive strength of sample decreases when the compressive strength of sample-leveling grout is over 30MPa less than that of matrix, and the more the difference is, the more the compressive strength of sample decreases. This paper attempts to make a research on mechanism from fracture theory and dimensional effect theory。
