BHA-植物生长素对酶催化活性的影响
Effect of BHA-Plant Growth Hormone on Enzyme Activity

【摘要】 以葡萄、苹果、番茄等果渣类废弃物,以树皮、树叶、杂草等植物类废弃物作为生化腐植酸 (BHA)的制备原料,在不同菌种、不同发酵时间下进行固态发酵,合成几种含吲哚乙酸、脱落酸、赤霉素等的BHA-植物生长素(植物生长素含量为普通腐植酸的10倍以上)。研究了这几种BHA-植物生长素对α-淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶和植酸酶的活性及对植物种子萌芽的生长情况。结果表明:BHA-植物生长素类物质在浓度适宜的情况下对α-淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶和植酸酶的活性以及植物种子的生长有促进作用,但浓度过高时就出现抑制现象。本研究以廉价的原料制备高附加值的BHA-植物生长素, 农业应用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 Undergo solid state fermentation of biochemical humic acid (BHA)with residues of some fruits like grapes, apples, tomatoes etc. and wastes of some plants like barks, leaves, weeds etc. under different yeasts and fermentation duration. The synthesized BHA-plant growth hormone contains indoleacetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA) and gibberellin (GA) etc.(hormone content is more than 10 times the ordinary humic acid). Research of effect of BHA-plant growth hormone on activity of alpha-amylase, hydrogen peroxidase, phytase and plants seeds budding shows that plant growth hormone can promote activity of alpha-amylase, hydrogen peroxidase, phytase and plants seeds budding under proper concentration, on the contrary, restrain them under high concentration. The materials of BHA-plant growth hormone preparation are cheap, therefore BHA-plant growth hormone we get is valuable and with wide agriculture application.
