硝酸氧化糠醛废渣制备CaⅡ螯合剂的研究

【摘要】 本文采用正交试验法,对硝酸氧化糠醛废渣,制备可溶性CUⅡ螯合剂的条件进行了系统研究,找出了最佳氧化条件。研究结果表明,氧化物对CUⅡ离子络合率可达91-98或者更高。为农业用CUⅡ离子微量元素液体肥料,提供一个具有实用价值螯合剂。
【Abstract】 The chelating agent of water solubility for Cu(H)ion is prepared from a waste residue of furfural with nitric acid, so that the best chelating of water solubility effective, and using the method of orthogonal experiments, it is optimized that the comdition of reaction at such as temperature of reactin, time of reaction and quility of nitric acid. It was found that the best comdition of oxidateis temperature 90"C time 6h nitric auid:40ml. The production of oxidate chelating Cu(H)ion was as high as 91-98% or more, and the production of oxidate is likely to be used chelated micronutrients of Cumin agriculture.
