利用拮抗酵母菌防治柑桔青霉病的初探
Postharvest biological control of blue mold in citrus fruit by antagonistic yeast

【摘要】 本文对不同的果蔬表面的酵母苗进行了分离、纯化,通过活体筛选获得了对柑桔青霉病具有较高拮抗活性的酵母菌YC-5及YC-9,抑菌率分别为76.5%和69.2%,经初步鉴定YC-5属于隐球酵母属(Cryptococcus),YC-9属于假丝酵母属(Candida),二者对柑桔均未表现致病性。
【Abstract】 Yeast YC-5 and YC-9 with higher antagonism to Penicillium italium in citrus were obtained by screening various yeast from the surface of fruits and vegetables. YC-5 and YC-9 could reach 76.5% and 69.2% of control disease respectively in artificially wounded fruits. Both yeast strains were not pathogenic to wounded citrus.
