芽孢杆菌B21及其发酵液对番茄灰霉生长的影响

【摘要】 本实验采用组织透明法和显微技术,结合平皿法和叶盘法,观察芽孢杆菌B21及其发酵液处理后的灰霉菌分升孢子和菌丝生长的变化。研究发现,芽孢杆菌B21及其发酵液能抑制灰霉菌分生孢子的萌发,影响菌丝的生长,使菌丝变形,细胞壁破裂,原生质的内容物流出。
【Abstract】 The C31strains of Botrytis cinerea pen of potato were treated by B21 and its fermentation liquid by using tissue-transparency and leaf-disc methods . The results demonstrated that either B21 or its fermentation liquid had strong inhibition activity against growth of the Botrytis cinerea strains , and made the hyphae deformed, caused cell wallfissured . The protoplasm leeked out .
