苦豆碱及吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落的毒力研究
The Insecticidal Function of Aloperine and Cypermethrin to the Vegetable Aphids Community

【摘要】 本文研究了植物源物质苦豆碱及杀虫剂吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落结构的影响,并测定了其对第一优势种菜缢管蚜的杀伤毒力,苦豆碱在1%浓度下,以药膜法和喷雾法,测定其击倒作用,KT50分别为29.74和25.38min,而毗虫附在1%浓度下KT50分别为12.55和9.85min,以点滴法测定两种杀虫剂对菜缢管蚜的触杀作用,LD50分别为7.7×10-4及2.4×10-3μg/头,田间0.1%喷雾,10d校正防效均在80%以上,而吡虫啉仅66.3%左右,结果显示,苦豆碱对菜缢管蚜有极强的毒杀作用。同时喷药前后菜田蚜虫群落结构也发生着明显的变化。
【Abstract】 The paper reports the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from the Sophora alopecuroides L.and Cypermethrin to Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltebach), The knockdown activity of the aloperine was monitored by vial residue and spray method using 1% aloperine and 1% Cypermethrin. KT50 of knockdown effects of 1% aloperine were 29.7 and 25.4 minutes, KT50 of knockdown effects of 1% Cypermethrin were 12.55 and 9.85 minutes. The contact poisoning was monitored by topical application method, LD50 values is 7.7×10-4 and 2.4×10-3μg/No. Under field conditions, 80% mortality was attained within 10 days after aloperine application. But only 66.3% mortality was attained within 10 days after Cypermethrin application. The results showed that the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from sophora alopecuroides wss high to aphides community . Community structure of aphids was changed obviously .
